Every published number here is a model until someone who lives there corrects it. Rent in particular moves faster than any dataset can follow.

We publish the median of all submissions for a metric, never a single entry, and never anything that identifies you. Nothing here asks for your name or email.

Prices move faster than any dataset. If you live in Lisbon, tell us what you actually pay — we publish the community median next to our modelled figure, never your individual entry.
